Doherty Catering was established almost twenty years ago by my mother Lynda Doherty who supplied sandwiches and food for family parties and over time this grew to include friends, and friends of friends.

In 2006, I took over the company and using secret recipies handed down, I was able to expand the menu and add a wide range of hot and cold dishes, which have proved very popular. I can now cater for up to 200 people.

It's thanks to my hard working team which includes my husband Derrick that we have become well established and have received many recommendations and excellent reviews.
