Doherty Catering was established almost twenty years ago by my mother Lynda Doherty who supplied sandwiches and food for family parties and over time this grew to include friends, and friends of friends.

In 2006, I took over the company and using secret recipies handed down, I was able to expand the menu and add a wide range of hot and cold dishes, which have proved very popular. I can now cater for up to 150 people and was delighted to receive recommendations from Cedars Lounge and Grange-Woodbine Club in Raheny, as a preferred caterer for their functions.

As a local family run business, my dedicated staff include my husband, Derrick O’Connor, who cooks all my hot food to perfection, my mother, Lynda Doherty, who makes the best sandwich fillings and salads in the business, and my sister Adrienne Doherty who looks after deliveries and collections as well as service for venue functions.

It’s thanks to this hard working team that we have become well established and receive many recommendations and excellent reviews.
